T85680 EVO Oil Cooler Lifting Attachment

This lifter was designed to lift the oil coolers on GE locomotives.  It features a two piece design, with the T85680P Plate bolting securely to the oil cooler and the T85681LA Arm attaching to the T57170 "C" Frame Manipulator.
