T85373 Water Based Intercooler Remover Installer for GEVO Engines
This tool is used to remove and install the water based intercoolers on Evolution Engines. The tool features a robust direct driven roller chain drive to perform the change outs. The direct drive mechanism features a 3/4" female square drive as shown below and drives the installation and removal of the intercooler through the use of a ratchet wrench.
Studs are used to thread into the frame to guide the fixture in place and are retained with the nuts provided. A ratcheting box end wrench is included for ease of installation. The plate then bolts onto the exposed intercooler face and is attached to the puller arm for removal and installation.
