T10993 Piston Ring Expander
This is the newest version of the GE FDL and EMD piston ring expander. The tool incorporates a more precise radius and gripping tabs to grab and hold the piston rings for easy expansion. The handle has an internal spring return and is a lightweight alternative to the previous versions.
