T54860 Radiator Cap Tester
This tester is equipped with a 30 PSI glycerin filled gage calibrated to a 1-1/2% full range specification. Shop air is connected to the tester and manifold test pressure is established with a precision regulator mounted on the face of the tester. Three test receptacles are provided to test three tang caps, 2 tang caps and the newer smaller diameter EMD Cap. The test receptacles are manufactured with heat treated alloy steel and are plated to minimize wear and rusting.
